Tony Rouse

Tony Rouse joined Middle Tennessee in February of 2024. Rouse was assigned to cover Men's Tennis as well as assist with Football.
From 2023 to February 2024, Tony was a Strength and Conditioning Intern with the Buffalo Bills.
Before Buffalo, Rouse was at Manchester University from February 2021 to April 2023. He held two stints one as the Offensive Line Coach and the other as the Defensive Line Coach. During the duration of his time at Manchester, Tony was the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator.
In 2019-2020, he was a Strength and Conditioning Intern for the University of Alabama. Alabama won the 2019 Citrus Bowl and finished ranked No. 13 in the final BCS national poll.
From 2014 to 2019, Tony was the Defensive Line Coach and Football Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. In 2018, Rouse was a Department of Kinesiology Intership Supervisor, where he created an interactive curriculum which included weekly discussions, projects, and online educational opportunities.
In 2014, Rouse was a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Eastern Michigan University.
He was the Offensive Line Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Concordia University from 2011 to 2013.
Tony began his career in the Strength and Conditioning as a intern at the University of Michigan in 2010.
Rouse received his Bachelor of Arts in 2006 at Oakland University and his Michigan Secondary Education in 2008 at Madonna University.
