Ashley McMasters is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach from Houston, Texas, currently in her second season at Middle Tennessee State University. As an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, she oversees the performance training programs for volleyball, women's tennis, soccer and cross country.
McMasters holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she also taught undergraduate kinesiology courses. During her time at SFA, she gained hands-on experience interning with the sports performance staff, assisting with sports including men's basketball, volleyball, women's tennis and co-ed golf.
Prior to her role at MTSU, McMasters served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Utah Tech University, where she worked directly with women's basketball, volleyball and women's tennis, and assisted with the football program.
McMasters is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds First Aid/CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross.
