Bailey-Duvall enters her seventh season at the helm of the Blue Raider Women’s Tennis program for the 2025 season. Bailey-Duvall became the 11th head coach in Middle Tennessee women’s tennis history following her six year tenure at Butler.
In her seventh years with Middle Tennessee, Bailey-Duvall has accumulated 80 wins and has had three winning seasons.
In the 2025 season, Bailey-Duvall led the Blue Raiders to their most successful season as head coach. Ending the season with a record of 17-9 and making the Conference USA Semifinals for the first time since joining the conference. The Blue Raiders for the first time earned No. 2 seed for the first time in the conference tournament.
During the 2024 season, Tayo led MTSU to an 11 win season and a back-to-back double digit wins in a season for the first time since 2018-2019. The Blue Raiders earned their first Power-5 win since 2016 by defeating Lousiville on the road 4-3. She assisted Sana Garakani and Ilaria Sposetti on being tabbed to the Second Team All-CUSA Singles and Lena Peyer on the being selected to the CUSA All-Freshman.
In 2023, she helped lead the Blue Raiders to their first season undefeated at home since 2014-15 and earned 12 wins, which is good for the most in a season while at MTSU.
During her time as the leader of the Bulldogs, Bailey-Duvall's team won a Big East Tournament match in four of her five seasons. Additionally, the tennis program earned NCAA Public Recognition Awards every year of Bailey-Duvall's time as head coach, which honors teams for ranking in the top 10% of their sport based on their multiyear Academic Progress Rates.
As a player, Bailey-Duvall was a three-time first team All-Conference tennis honoree for Butler. She boasted a 74-46 all-time singles record and led the Bulldogs to three appearances in the Horizon League tournament final before graduating in 2006 with a degree in biology.
After her graduation, Bailey-Duvall was hired as a women's tennis assistant coach for two seasons at her alma mater. Butler advanced to the Horizon League championship match in both seasons she was on staff. Following her first tenure at Butler, Bailey-Duvall played tennis professionally at the Goldfine-Smatt International Tennis Academy in Hallandale Beach, Fla, before returning as the Head Coach at Butler in 2012.
Bailey-Duvall and her husband Brett reside in Murfreesboro with their two daughters Taya and Taytum.
