• Competed in doubles with Marta Peris and Lee Barnard, teaming up with Peris for a 1-3 record

• Fell in the Round of 64 against Nelli Ponomareva of Miami (OH) at the 2016 Ohio Valley Regional at the Adams Tennis Complex
• Won four matches at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional
• Won over opponents from Furman and Georgia State to cap the fall season at the Georgia State Invitational
Spring
• Finished her freshman year second on the team in dual match singles wins (11)
• Started at No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 for MT, winning three matches at No. 3 and a 1-0 mark at No. 4, while spending most of her time at the No. 3 spot with a record of 7-4
• Biggest win of the season came on Feb. 12 against currently-ranked No. 34 Tulsa, by a score of 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (10-8)
• Dropped the first set against North Texas at the C-USA Championship but bounced back to earn a second set win and dominate the third set, 6-1, at the No. 3 spot
• Combined with Costanza Magazzini for a 14-6 mark on the season, with an 8-5 record at No. 2 and a 6-1 record at No. 3 doubles
• Magazzini and Burrows closed the year out with a dominant win at No. 2 over the combo from five-seed North Texas at the C-USA Championship by a score of 6-2
