James Kentfield is now in his 10th year at Middle Tennessee, currently serving as the Assistant AD for Ticket Operations and Sales. He is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the MT ticket office, including group tickets, single-game tickets, renewals and the online marketplace.

In Middle Tennessee's newly re-designed online marketplace, Kentfield oversees all Ticketmaster functions, including the Account Manager portal.

Prior to becoming a Blue Raider, Kentfield was the Director of Ticket Operations at the University of New Orleans for two years. He also spent one year as the group sales manager for the New Orleans Hornets, now the Pelicans, of the NBA. Kentfield also served as a Group Sales Account Executive for the NBA's Orlando Magic.

Kentfield graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s in Advertising and Promotion in 2004. He resides in Murfreesboro with his wife, Cortney, and their children, Lily and Jack.
