Seth Warren joined the Middle Tennessee Strength & Conditioning staff in March 2025 as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Warren oversees the strength and conditioning programs for baseball and softball, while also assisting with football.
Warren comes to Murfreesboro after a two-year stint as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wittenberg University. While at Wittenberg, he oversaw a four person staff and interns, as well as nearly 700 student-athletes. He also oversaw the training of football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, women's lacrosse, field hockey and men's and women's swim and dive.
Prior to Wittenberg, Warren served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the United State Military Academy at West Point (Army), working with men's rugby, spring football and cheerleading.
Before USMA, Warren was a Graduate Assistant at Gardner-Webb University where he oversaw wrestling, women's lacrosse, softball, men's and women's tennis and men's soccer. He also assisted with the football program, who won the 2022 Big South Championship and advanced to the playoffs.
Warren also served as an intern at the University of Georgia under Scott Sinclair. He assisted with the football team, which went on to win the 2021 National Championship.
He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry from Huntingdon College, as well as an MBA in Sports Administration for Gardner-Webb.
Warren is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), has a USAW Level 1 certification and is certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
