Weston Hargrove

Weston Hargrove joined Middle Tennessee Athletics in February 2025 as Director of Development within the Blue Raider Athletic Association. Hargrove oversees the BRAA's efforts in the areas of annual giving, BRAA memberships and premium seating while also managing a major gifts portfolio.
Before returning to MTSU, Hargrove spent two years in the Middle Tennessee area working in Financial Planning and Consulting. Throughout this time, he was able to foster connections and build meaningful relationships not only with community leaders and respected businesses, but also many MTSU alumni.
Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Board for Phi Delta Theta - TN Eta's Advisory Board and assists with the Sportsman Businessman Charitable Organization in his hometown of Manchester, Tenn.
He earned his B.B.A in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University while also interning with the Athletics Marketing Department during his collegiate years.
When Hargrove is not at MTSU Athletics events, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
