MT closes the year against North Texas
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee will honor the career of Jacqueline Lux Saturday afternoon as the Blue Raiders close the regular season with a C-USA match against North Texas in AMG.

A senior in the classroom, Lux has served as a cornerstone piece on both ends of the floor. Lux anchored Middle Tennessee's defense her first two seasons at libero before making the move to setter this year.
Middle Tennessee (5-23, 2-11) returns home following a tough five-set setback at FIU Thursday evening. Dora Peonia and Delaney Gallagher set new career highs with 16 and 15 kills, respectively, while Lux established her second-highest career assists mark with 50.
North Texas (12-16, 6-7) dropped a 3-0 decision at WKU in its last outing Thursday. Amanda Chamberlain paces the Mean Green offense with 282 kills and has a team-best .367 hitting percentage.
Defensively, Alexis Wright has tallied 75 blocks on the season with Chamberlain right behind her with 70 swats. Amy Henard leads the team in digs with 264.
The Blue Raiders lead the all-time series against North Texas with a 10-9 record, including a 5-3 ledger in Murfreesboro.
