BRAA hosting MT Barbell Bash

Set for June 11 at Murphy Center
MURFREESBORO - The Blue Raider Athletic Association is hosting the inaugural MT Barbell Bash in partnership with CrossFit Barbell Battalion and NutriShop of Murfreesboro. The event will take place on Saturday, June 11 from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
"We are excited to introduce this new event to the Murfreesboro Crossfit community," added Keith McCluney, Associate Athletic Director/Development. "The CrossFit community is known for coming together to support causes that they are passionate about and this is no different because we are all passionate about the Blue Raiders."
All proceeds from the Middle Tennessee Barbell Bash will help provide scholarship funding for the Middle Tennessee State University student-athlete enhancement fund.
There will be two divisions in which a two-person team can compete. RX and Scaled divisions for both men and women will be offered. Prizes will be awarded to the top-3 in RX and Scaled divisions. Cost for a team is $175.
Spectator admission is $3 for adults, and $2 for children 12 and under.
