Lady Raiders seeking six straight against Lady Techsters
RUSTON, La. — After a tough setback to start the road trip, Middle Tennessee seeks to split the weekend as it visits LA Tech Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Raiders (11-8, 6-2) are 5-4 all-time against the Lady Techsters (10-9, 5-3), including wins in all five meetings under Coach Rick Insell.
MT dropped an 81-61 decision at Southern Miss Thursday night. Sophomore Alex Johnson registered a game-high 25 points in the effort, her seventh 20-plus point game in the last nine outings.
LA Tech are winners of three-straight following a thrilling 64-63 victory against visiting UAB Thursday evening. Jasmine LeBlanc and Kierra Anthony lead the Lady Techsters with 12.6 and 12.4 points per game, respectively. Alexus Malone (10.2) and Rochelle Vasquez (10.1) also average double-digit efforts per night.
