Murfreesboro, Tenn. - The Middle Tennessee women's basketball team enters their first conference road stint of the season, beginning with Marshall on Thursday at 5:00 PM. The Lady Raiders are coming off a home victory against Charlotte who is among the top of Conference USA.

Anastasia Hayes ranks near the top of C-USA in scoring with 17.3 points per game. Hayes averages 19.5 points per game against C-USA opponents.
Senior Charity Savage a top of Conference USA and seventh nationally in rebounds per game. Savage has a total of 164 rebounds this season.
Freshman standout Aislynn Hayes is averaging 12.5 points per game and is 17^th in the conference in scoring.

Marshall is 6-7 overall, 1-1 in C-USA after its 68-59 road win against North Texas. Marshall had lost four straight before solving the Mean Green.
Marshall has four players averaging 8.2 points or more, led by Savannah Wheeler's 12.2 points per game. Kristen Mayo is averaging 11.6 points per contest.
Marshall is averaging 63.3 points per contest, while allowing 61.1.

This is the 10th meeting between the programs with the Lady Raiders owning an 8-1 advantage overall. All of the meetings have come as C-USA foes.
The Lady Raiders won eight straight before falling 53-59 last season in Murfreesboro.

Last Time Out

In their last match up the Lady Raiders defeated Charlotte 83-59.
The Lady Raiders were led on both ends of the court by Anastasia Hayes. Hayes notched 21 points and a career high five steals against the 49ers.
The matchup with the 49ers marked the first time since Nov. 11, 2018 that the Lady Raiders had five players score in double figures.

After facing Marshall in Huntington the Lady Raiders will travel to Bowling Green, Kentucky on Saturday for a showdown with WKU at 2:00 PM.
