Lady Raiders to Host North Texas on Senior Night

Murfreesboro, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee women's basketball team is back at the Murphy Center to host the North Texas Mean Green Thursday at 6:30 p.m. CST on Senior Night. The Lady Raiders will honor lone senior Charity Savage with a post-game ceremony following immediately after the game.

- Charity Savage leads C-USA and ranks 15th in the nation for total rebounds with 301. She also holds the No. 2 spot in the conference and is 16th in the country in rebounds per game with an average 10.8.
- Anastasia Hayes is ranked second in the conference for scoring with an average 18.3 points per game, and she leads C-USA with 493 total points. She also ranks fourth in the conference for her 120 assists, averaging 4.4 assists per game.
- Taylor Sutton sits at No. 3 in the league for 3-point field goals made with 71 total, averaging 2.5 per game. Freshman Aislynn Hayes is also climbing up the rankings and currently holds the No. 5 spot with 57 3-point field goals made and an average 2.0 per game.

- North Texas is 11-17 overall and 5-11 in C-USA. The Mean Green is 3-8 on the road this season, including a 2-6 mark in C-USA games.
- Anisha George leads North Texas in scoring (14.0) and rebounding (8.7) and also has 33 blocked shots.
- North Texas is one of C-USA's top defensive teams, limiting opponents to 62.2 ppg., which is fourth in the league for scoring defense.

- In their last match up the Lady Raiders topped the Hilltoppers 108-103 at the Murphy Center in double-overtime.
- The Lady Raiders were led by Anastasia Hayes who recorded a career-high 37 points to go with 11 rebounds and eight assists.
- Aislynn Hayes tied her career-high with 25 points to go with four assists. She scored nine points on 3-of-4 shooting in the overtime periods.

- The Lady Raiders will head to Charlotte, N.C. this weekend to take on the 49ers in their final matchup before the Conference USA Championships. The game is set for Saturday, March 7 at 3:00 p.m. CST.
