Series finale canceled vs. Yellow Jackets

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The impact of Saturday's weather and continued rain overnight has caused Middle Tennessee and Georgia Tech to cancel its series finale on Sunday.
The Blue Raiders and Yellow Jackets announced Wednesday plans to play a three game series in Murfreesboro this weekend, but the two teams managed to get just one game in, as weather conditions on Saturday and field conditions on Sunday prevented the programs from playing games two and three.
MT will be on the road next week at Murray State on Tuesday before opening Conference USA play at Charlotte on Thursday.
