Softball Announces 2026 Fall Ball Schedule

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee softball program announced a competitive fall slate Wednesday, highlighted by matchups with Georgia and Tennessee.
Head coach Jeff Breeden's team will play eight games, seven of which will take place at the Blue Raider Softball Stadium.
The Blue Raiders begin their Fall Ball schedule Sept. 24 and 27 versus Vol State and Roane State, respectively.
MTSU then plays Snead State at home before taking its lone trip of the autumn to Athens, Ga. to take on 2026 Superregionalists Georgia.
Matchups in three consecutive days from Oct. 16-18 end the fall schedule, beginning with Chattanooga State.
The Blue Raiders will host two Tennessee rivals to close the fall as Belmont visits The 'Boro Oct. 17 before the Volunteers come through to close the slate, fresh off a WCWS appearance.
