MT Baseball Promotions Announced

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Athletics has released the 2022 baseball promotional calendar, which features season-long promotions, theme nights that include exciting giveaways, and fun in-game activities.
MT Baseball season opens up on $1 Opening Day Tuesday, March 1st at 3:00 p.m. against Lipscomb. $1 Opening Day includes $1 General Admission bleacher tickets, $1 hotdogs, and $1 soft drinks. It will also be T-shirt Tuesday and the first 200 fans in attendance will receive a free t-shirt. Fun activities like "The Office" trivia will also be taking place. Fans can grab a 2022 pocket schedule throughout the first few games of the season.
Same as years past, Middle Tennessee will have four $2 Tuesdays. Fans can purchase $2 General Admission Bleacher Tickets, $2 hotdogs, and $2 soft drinks. $2 Tuesday's baseball games include in-state rival matchups between Austin Peay, Belmont, UT-Martin, and Tennessee Tech. In addition to $2 Tuesdays, each Tuesday will also serve as T-Shirt Tuesday. The first 200 fans to arrive each Tuesday will receive a special Blue Raider t-shirt.
Fridays will be trivia night at the Reese. Fans will be tested on their Blue Raider baseball knowledge and winners will receive a special Blue Raider prize. Saturdays will be Salute Saturday and the MT Baseball team will be sporting their camouflage hats. Kids days are on Sundays. Kids (11 & under) receive complimentary admission when they wear their youth league jersey.
Fans can also take part in exciting promotions as Nothing Bundt Cakes is sponsoring bunts this season. For every bunt, one lucky row will receive a voucher for Nothing Bundt Cakes. Zaxby's is the official foul ball sponsor for the 2022 baseball season. Each foul ball collected by fans can be turned in to either the marketing table or press box for a prize courtesy of Zaxby's.
Additionally, the fan favorite McDonald's Double McDouble is back. All McGuire Management McDonald's locations will double your McDouble order for every Blue Raider double play. If the Blue Raiders turn a double play during a game, fans can visit any McGuire Management-operated McDonald's restaurant and receive 2 McDoubles for the price of 1. DoubleTree will be giving out FREE cookie coupons to a lucky row for every double hit inside Reese Smith Jr. Field this season. And lastly, for each Blue Raider home run, Ole South will be throwing out co-branded hats.
With only 21 home games at Reese Smith Jr. Field this season, you will not want to miss a pitch.
