MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The 2022 Conference USA Women's Tennis Championship returns to Murfreesboro as Middle Tennessee hosts the tournament on April 21-24 at the Adams Tennis Complex, the first time since the 2015-16 season.
All 14 member institutions will arrive on Wednesday to prepare for the four-day event. Information about the tournament can be found on the Conference USA Tournament Central website, all 13 matches will be streamed on CUSA.tv and Live Stats will be made available prior to the start of each contest.
Middle Tennessee women's tennis (9-14, 1-5) will be the 12-seed and play host to 5-seed/No. 66 Florida Atlantic in the opening round on Thursday at 3 p.m. CT. Thursday's First Round match against the Owls will be streamed on CUSA.tv and Live Stats can be found here.

The Blue Raiders are led by Senior Zani Barnard, who has a 13-8 record on the season and an anchor in the middle of the singles lineup. Sophomore Lilly-Sophie Schmidt has a 12-8 record primarily playing on court No. 6. In doubles, Noelle Mauro and Lee Barnard sport the most wins on the team, together they are 8-11 on the season.
5-seed/No. 69 FAU enters the tournament as the fifth-highest ranked squad in the C-USA, behind No. 33 ODU, No. 41 FIU, No. 51 Charlotte, and No. 57 Rice. The Owls are led by Martina Kudelova and Katerina Filip, who have a combined 25-22 record on the top two FAU courts. Together they have a 7-8 record in doubles and are 6-6 on the top doubles flight.
