MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA) has introduced a new member benefit that will provide a personalized customer service contact to every BRAA member through the new Raider Rep program, it was announced Thursday by MTSU Athletics.
The goal of the program is to provide supporters a direct line of communication to an individual on the BRAA staff for the handling of all needs and inquiries. Donors are encouraged to call their personal Raider Rep if they have questions about membership benefits, season tickets, parking, priority points or anything that relates to their overall experience within MTSU Athletics.
"The excitement of the 2021-22 seasons across all of our sports has created great momentum for the future of Blue Raider Athletics," said Deputy Athletics Director Lee De Leon. "The last year has brought multiple conference championships, national rankings, and postseason success to Murfreesboro. Paired with the initial impact of the Build Blue campaign that will bring new life to our facilities, we are positioned for even greater heights. The introduction of the Raider Rep program is a new way to better serve our fans that are investing in that future."
BRAA members who have donated at the $100 level and higher since the start of the 2021-22 season will be assigned a Raider Rep and receive information introducing their representative via email in the coming days. Individuals without an email on file will receive note of their Raider Rep when BRAA renewals for 2022-23 are mailed in early May.
"Serving our fans and ensuring they have an elite experience with MTSU Athletics is among our top priorities within the BRAA," said Hans Malebranche, Associate Athletics Director for Development and Chief Development Officer. "The Raider Rep program is designed to provide BRAA members with the highest level of personalized customer service, allowing our most invested and loyal supporters to individually receive attention from our development staff on all matters pertaining to supporting the Blue Raiders. We value the chance to help you connect your passion for MTSU Athletics to the philanthropic priorities of the department through this initiative."
The BRAA is the official philanthropic arm of MTSU Athletics. The organization provides financial support to the department and ensures resources are provided to the benefit of student-athletes, giving them the best opportunity to succeed in the classroom and on the field of play.
