It was a weekend to remember in Houston, with MTSU not dropping a single match en route to a 4-0 win in the Championship match against No. 41 UTSA. The Blue Raiders await their fate at next week's NCAA Men's Tennis selection show, having already earned an automatic bid through their conference title.

The week off, however, meant that Head Coach Jimmy Borendame had a chance to celebrate the win with his family after his return home.

Relive Baseball's Walk-off Home Run to take the series over Rice
It took Middle Tennesse baseball two extra innings, and maybe Luke Vinson had to set up the heroics by striking out taking three straight fastballs the at-bat before. But when the center fielder swung first pitch in the bottom of the 11th, there was no doubt from anyone in the ballpark where that ball was going.
Well...except from his teammates in the dugout, who maybe didn't expect the batter known more for his speed and contact to get a hold of one for his first home run of the year in such a big spot.
"No way"

YES WAY. Because we can't take our 👀 off this! pic.twitter.com/aoaxhKPTsX
"Before I walked up there, Coach Nichols was like 'I'll probably never tell you this, but I want you to hunt a heater and hit a home run,'" Vinson said. "It turned out, that's what happened. Honestly, that's probably the hardest ball and the farthest ball I've ever hit. It was cool."
Now fourth in the Conference USA standings, MTSU will look to climb up the ranks once more with a series at home against LA Tech at the Reese. The first pitch on Friday is set for 6 p.m.
It all came down to one swing...
