Track and Field continues Indoor Season in Louisville

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee will be back in action this weekend on January 26-27 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational. The meet will be in Louisville, Ky. at the Norton's Facility starting at 9:00 a.m. CT.

Men's Top Performances
· Brady Daniels won the 400-meter final with a personal best of 48.84s.
· Joel Iheakolam set a personal best in the Long Jump with a mark of 7.02m in his fourth-place finish.
· Iheakolam also placed first in the Triple Jump with a mark of 14.78m.
· Freshman John Sherman placed third in the 200-meter with a personal best 21.86s
· Wail Bourahli won the men's 600-meter with a personal best 1:18.51s.
· Habtamu Geta placed second in the 3000 meter with a time of 8:17.44s.
Women's Top Performances
· Leonie Beu placed second overall in the women's 400-meter with a time of 57.58s.
· Beu also placed third in the 200-meter with a time of 24.82s.
· In the 600-meter dash, Pamela Milano finished third with a personal best 1:32.96s.
