PRINCETON, N.J. – Middle Tennessee looks to conclude non-conference play on the road against Princeton at Jadwin Gymnasium. Tipoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT. The game will air on the Blue Raider Network and broadcast on ESPN+.

» This marks the second meeting between the Blue Raiders and Tigers. Princeton overcame a 16-point deficit to defeat MTSU last season 60-65 – giving MTSU one of its two home losses over the previous three seasons. Middle Tennessee is 2-1 all-time against Ivy League schools, with wins over Dartmouth and Yale.
» The Blue Raiders are coming off a 74-54 win over Cal Baptist. Jalynn Gregory led the way with 20 points on 6-of-8 shooting beyond the arc, while Anastasiia Boldyreva tallied 14 points, 16 boards, eight blocks, three assists and a steal. With the win, MTSU moved to 3-1 in the CUSA/WAC scheduling initiative – a two-year collaboration between Conference USA and the Western Athletic Conference
» The Blue Raiders rank 26th nationally in Free Throw Made per game (14.9) and 50th in Free Throw Attempts per game (19.8). Gregory ranks fifth in the country, shooting 93.9 percent from the line.
» MTSU has enjoyed great success on the road under Head Coach Rick Insell. The Blue Raiders are 173-90 overall on the road under Insell, for a 65 percent winning ledger.
» The Blue Raiders return 10 players, including three starters, from the 2023-24 squad that went 30-5 and won the CUSA regular season and tournament titles and advanced to the Round of 32 of the NCAA Tournament.
» Middle Tennessee will play a tough non-conference slate highlighted neutral sites matchups with Iowa State, Kansas State and Purdue, and a trip down I-40 to take on the Tennessee Lady Vols. The Blue Raiders will face eight teams that finished in the top 150 of the NET Rankings last season, including seven that finished in the top 100 and four that finished in the top 40 before heading into league play.
SCOUTING THE TIGERS
» Princeton is 7-4 on the season. The Tigers are paced by Madison St. Rose who averages a team-high 17.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.
» Head coach Carla Berube's unit is currently No. 31 in the Her Hoop Stats' Simple RPI (60.7) which treats all games equally (25% Team Win %, 50% Average Opponent Win %, 50% Average Opponent's Average Opponent Win %).
» Princeton ranks 30th in assists per game (17.3), 43rd in field goal percentage (46.4) and 48th in three-point field goal percentage (35.3).
» Skye Belker is 49th in three-point field goal percentage (43.5), 67th in assist/turnover ratio (2.11), and 76th in minutes per game (34.1).
» Belker leads the Ivy League in three-point field goal percentage and assist/turnover ratio. She is second in the conference in field goal percentage (45.9).
