Middle Tennessee set to play LSU on ABC

The Blue Raiders will take on the defending national champions in the second round of the NCAA Tournament
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — No. 11 seed Middle Tennessee is set to take on the defending national champion LSU Tigers on Sunday, March 24 on ABC – just the second time in program history MTSU has aired on ABC.
The Blue Raiders (30-4) will face off against No. 3 seed LSU (29-5) in the second round of the 2024 NCAA Tournament, in the Albany Regional 2 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This marks just the fifth time MTSU has advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament and just the sixth time that the Blue Raiders have squared off against LSU.
Middle Tennessee is coming off a 71-69 win over Louisville, its first win in the NCAA Tournament since 2007.
MTSU erased an 18-point first-half deficit to beat the six-seeded Cardinals, tying the fourth-largest comeback in NCAA Tournament history.
