MTSU Athletics invites fans to give back all season long with MCS Supply Drive

In a continued effort to give back to the local community, Middle Tennessee Athletics will be collecting donations throughout the fall semester to benefit the students in the Murfreesboro City School District. The donation drive will focus on collecting essential items such as non-perishable food items but also toys for the holiday season. These contributions will provide immediate assistance to students in need, ensuring they have the resources to succeed academically and maintain a sense of normalcy.
MTSU Athletics encourages all Blue Raider fans and community members to participate in this drive and help ensure that every student in the Murfreesboro City Schools has the resources they need to succeed.
The donation drive will officially kick off on Friday, September 6th at the MTSU Volleyball matches.
Donation bins will be available at all home soccer, volleyball, and football games this fall. Donations bins will be located outside the gate at Floyd Stadium, and next to the marketing table at home soccer and volleyball matches.
In the month of September, fans are encouraged to bring nonperishable jars of Peanut Butter & Jelly for the Spread the Love drive, helping MCS students with food insecurity at home. In October, we encourage Blue Raider fans to bring prepackaged individual snacks to all MTSU Athletics home events. Finally in November and December, our toy drive for MCS students will kick off.
