Blue Raiders travel to TSU for second meet of Indoor Track & Field Season

Ed Temple Classic set to take place on Sunday, Jan. 5
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Track & Field will continue their indoor season with the second meet of the season on Sunday, Jan. 5 at Tennessee State University: the Ed Temple Classic. The meet is set to begin at 9:00 am CT at the Gentry Complex with the field events taking place first.
The field events scheduled are High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, and Weight Throw, and will take place in that order. Following the field events, the track events are scheduled for 11:00 am. The scheduled events are 55m, Mile, 400m, 150m, 600m, 800m, 300m, 200m, 3000m, and the 4x400m relay. All events are scheduled for both men's and women's competitions.
The Blue Raiders are coming off a terrific performance at the Dean Hayes Classic where they took home 16 first place finishes across the two days. Middle Tennessee Track & Field finished the meet on a high note, winning both the men's and the women's 4x400m dashes.
