DALLAS – Middle Tennessee's Carter Maneth has been named Conference USA Men's Golfer of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.
A redshirt senior from Texarkana, Ark., Maneth earned his first career weekly honor after a record-setting performance at the Sandestin Collegiate Classic. He captured the individual title with a 16-under-par 197 (66-66-65), the lowest 54-hole score in program history, while leading the Blue Raiders to their first team championship of the season.
Maneth recorded 20 birdies across the three rounds at The Raven Golf Club and secured his first collegiate win. The Blue Raiders posted a 20-under-par 832 to win by four strokes, marking the program's first team-and-individual sweep since the 2022 Loyola Intercollegiate.

"Congratulations to Carter on an incredible week," said Head Coach Mark McEntire. "Carter's win is one of the greatest stories in college golf this year, and I'm so proud of the way he has responded and carried himself. He's an outstanding example for everyone in our program."
