MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee men's basketball team is set to close out its November home slate on Saturday, with a contest against Webster. The game, slated to tip off at 6:30 p.m. in the Murphy Center, will be streamed live on ESPN+ and Blue Raider Network.

- In the season opener against Milligan Wednesday, six players made their Blue Raider debut, including Sean Smith, the only newcomer featured in the starting lineup.
- In front of over 7,000 screaming Rutherford County students MTSU put up its fifth 100+ point scoring contest under Nick McDevitt in the 49-point victory.
- Five players recorded double-digit scoring games Wednesday, highlighted by Kamari Lands with a career-best 21 on 9-for-12 shooting.
- With 17 three-pointers made in the contest against Milligan, the Blue Raiders set a new single game program record. Shooting 41.5 percent on those attempts from behind the arc, it was the most triples made in a game since February 13, 2016.
- MTSU currently sits first in the conference and eighth in the country with 17.0 three-pointers per game.
- The Blue Raiders boast the lowest amount of turnovers in Conference USA and the 18th-lowest in the nation with just seven.
- Earning just his second career start Wednesday, Chris Loofe had himself a day, notching his first career double-double. Stepping into the main starting role for the first time, the junior also brought in a career-best 12 rebounds, besting his previous record by three boards.
- With a 3.14 assist-to-turnover ratio, the Blue Raiders sit at the top of the league and 15th in the nation.
- Sophomore Jahvin Carter made his return to the Glass House for the first time as a Blue Raider and put up career-best numbers with 12 points and eight assists. The Alcoa, Tenn., native came just two assists short of his first career double-double and the first non-points and rebounds double-double for MTSU since 2023. His 8.0 assists per game lead the conference.
- Under head coach Nick McDevitt, the Blue Raiders have consistently protected the Glass House, with 69 wins in the Murphy Center throughout his tenure.

- Webster was voted to finish at the top of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletics Conference in the 2025-26 preseason polls with seven first-place votes.
- The Gorloks are coming off a 15-13 overall record that included a 12-6 mark in conference play and an appearance in the 2024-25 SLIAC Men's Basketball Championship game.
- Webster returns three starters from last years' squad in Second Team All-Conference selection Jemard Sykes II, Sebastian Reed and Justin Ugo.
- The Gorloks will open the season on Friday at Welch College before travelling to Murfreesboro Saturday.
