MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee is set to host NM State on Thursday, Feb. 27. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT. The game will air on the Blue Raider Network and broadcast on ESPN+.

SERIES HISTORY
» This marks the ninth meeting in series history between the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders and NM State Aggies.
» The Blue Raiders owns a 6-2 lead over NM State in the all-time series.
» MTSU defeated NM State on the road in overtime, 66-59, in their first meeting of the season. Senior Anastasiia Boldyreva led the way with 27 points, eight rebounds and five blocks.

» Middle Tennessee is 166-38 in conference play since joining Conference USA in 2013-14.
» The Blue Raiders boast the Nation's No. 2 defense in terms of opponent field goal percentage – holding opponents to just 32.7 percent shooting.
» This year's graduating class will go down as the winningest four-year class in program history with 106 wins and counting.
» Senior Anastasiia Boldyreva leads the league and ranks first in the Nation in blocks with 95 and blocks per game with 3.54.
» Middle Tennessee has won at least 17 games for the 23rd consecutive season. The only other NCAA DI schools with at least 17 wins in every season since 2002-03 (including this season) are Tennessee, UConn and Baylor.
» MTSU is currently holding conference opponents to 29.7% shooting from the field this season. That would be the third-lowest opposing FG% in conference play by any NCAA DI team over the last 20 seasons (2014-15 UConn – 26.8%, 2016-17 Bethune-Cookman 28.2%).
» The Blue Raiders are riding a 35-game home win streak against CUSA teams that dates back to the 2020-21 season – Last loss came at the hands of a Marshall team led by Savannah Wheeler. MTSU has been absolutely dominant at home winning by an average margin of 22.1 Points Per Game.
» Middle Tennessee is 53-2 over the previous three season at home. The Blue Raiders only losses have come against Seton Hall in the WNIT semifinals in 2022-23 and against Ivy League power house Princeton in 2023-24.
» Head Coach Rick Insell has led the Lady Raiders to 19 consecutive post-seasons. He has tallied a 484-162 record at his alma mater.
» The Middle Tennessee women's basketball program will celebrate its 50th varsity season in 2024-25 and is set to honor the program's storied tradition and rich history with various initiatives throughout the year.
SCOUTING THE AGGIES
» NM State enters Thursday with a 15-12 overall record and is 8-6 in CUSA play. The Aggies are coming off of a pair of wins over Kennesaw State and Jax State.
» Graduate Molly Kaiser leads the Aggies in scoring with 21.4 points per game, while senior Fanta Gassama leads NM State in rebounds (8.9)
» The Aggies rank 48th in the Nation in steals (10.0) and 42nd in turnovers forced per game (19.4).

EL PASO, Texas – Middle Tennessee play host to UTEP on Saturday, Mar. 1 at the Murphy Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT. The game will air on the Blue Raider Network and broadcast on ESPN+.
Following the conclusion of the game, the Blue Raiders will celebrate the following student-athletes on Senior Day: Elina Arike, Courtney Blakely, Anastasiia Boldyreva, Jada Grannum, and Jalynn Gregory; and the following student managers: Shelby Davis, Adan Bueno,, Jordan Dethrow and Khaleel Marshall.
Prior to the game, the Blue Raiders will host their annual Next Level Club brunch from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Chase Miller Gym (auxiliary gym 2). All former players will be recognized on the floor at halftime, while a celebration of 50 years of Blue Raider basketball will also take place.

SERIES HISTORY
» This marks the 19th meeting in series history between the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders and UTEP Miners.
» The Blue Raiders owns a 15-3 lead over UTEP in the all-time series.
» MTSU defeated UTEP on the road, 64-42, in their first meeting of the season. Senior Jalynn Gregory and junior Ta'Mia Scott led the way with 20 points each. Gregory went 6-of-14 from beyond the arc, while Scott shot 50 percent and added nine boards, two blocks and two steals.
SCOUTING THE MINERS
» UTEP enters the week with a 10-15 overall record and is 3-11 in CUSA play. The Miners take on WKU on Thursday before traveling to MTSU on Saturday.
» UTEP is coming off of a pair of split, defeating Jax State and falling to Kennesaw State.
» Senior Ivane Tensaie leads the team in scoring with 13.1 points per game, while junior Ndack Mbengue leads the team in rebounding (7.3).
