Blue Raiders set to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – In honor of National Girls and Women in Sports Day, the Blue Raider marketing and promotions department will be holding a meet and greet mini clinic prior to Thursday evening's women's basketball game at Murphy Center against Jax State. Tip-off between the Blue Raiders and the Gamecocks is set for 6:30 p.m. CT.

Members of the women's golf, soccer, volleyball, tennis, track & field, dance and cheer teams will be on the upper concourse (track level) of Murphy Center from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. to mingle with fans and teach their skills to the kids. The Blue Raider softball team will be unable to attend due to their competition schedule.

The clinic is open to all youth and just requires a ticket to the game. Fans can purchase tickets in advance here.
