Middle Tennessee Newcomer Named CUSA Athlete of the Week

DALLAS – Conference USA announced its April 2 Athlete of the Week, highlighting a newcomer who has been outstanding for the Blue Raiders this season.
Middle Tennessee's Zenn Lim earned her first-ever conference honor for her performance in three matches last week. Lim went a flawless 3-0 in matches against St. Thomas, Kennesaw State, and Jacksonville State, playing a key role in the victories over Kennesaw State and Jacksonville State.
Against the Owls and Gamecocks, Lim clinched the match, helping the Raiders secure a 4-3 win over Kennesaw State. She won two of her three matches in straight sets, defeating St. Thomas 6-1, 6-3 and Jacksonville State 6-2, 6-2.
Lim has been a steady presence on the back-end courts for the Raiders, compiling an 8-6 overall record this season, including a 7-1 mark on Court 6. She and the Raiders look to maintain their momentum as the conference tournament approaches.
