MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – After a month-long break from competition, the Middle Tennessee women's golf program is prepped for its penultimate regular season tournament at the Bell Bank "Pay it Forward" Collegiate in Litchfield, Ariz. The 54-hole competition will run from March 23-24 at the Wigwam Resort.
The Blue Raiders
Isabella Johnson, Ella Manley, Jillian Bowman, Abbie Lee and Caroline Pardue will suit up for the Blue Raider lineup in Arizona, with Nicole Johnson joining them as an individual participant.
Last time out, Middle Tennessee finished fifth at the Texas Golf Throwdown in a field of 15 with a 913 (+49) team score. For the sixth-straight tournament, Isabella Johnson was the low finisher, shooting a 218 (+2) to place fourth, a mark good enough to win her Conference USA Golfer of the Week for the first time in her career. With her final round at par in the tournament, she has tied the school single season record for rounds at par or better with 12.
The Field
Joining the Blue Raiders and host Minnesota are St. Thomas, Western Michigan, Omaha, Creighton, Florida Gulf Coast, Montana State, USF, Utah Tech, North Dakota State, Grand Canyon, North Dakota and UC Irvine.
The Tournament
The Bell Bank Pay It Forward Collegiate will be played over two days at the Wigwam Blue Course in Litchfield, Ariz. The opening day will see two rounds played, with the final round on Tuesday on the par-71 course, which will play at 6,373 yards.
2026 is the first edition of the women's tournament, while the men hosted their inaugural event a year ago. As part of Bell Bank's Pay It Forward commitment, the winning team will receive $5,000, and the individual winner $1,000, to donate to their charity of choice.
