Charli Dunn Named to New Zealand Women’s U-20 Team for International Matches

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Freshman midfielder and defender Charli Dunn has been selected for the New Zealand Women's U-20 team, which will compete in two international friendly matches this month.
New Zealand Football has announced that the Women's U-20 team will play two international matches against Australia. Both games will take place at AIS Arena in Canberra on May 20 and May 23. These matches serve as preparation for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, scheduled to take place in Poland in September 2026.
During the 2025 season, Dunn appeared in five matches, totaling 93 minutes for the Blue Raiders.
Head Coach Aston Rhoden on Dunn:
"We are all very happy for Charli. She has worked really hard to put herself in a position to be selected for the U20 World Cup squad. She is now one step closer to representing her country and Blue Raider nation at one of the world's most prestigious youth soccer events."
Dunn on the opportunity to play for her country:
