| NOMINATIONS In order to submit a nomination for the Blue Raider Sports Hall of Fame, print the nomination form below, fill it out, and return it by May 14, 2025 to the Varsity Club (braa@mtsu.edu). If mailing your nomination form, send to MTSU Varsity Club, MTSU Box 557, Murfreesboro, TN, 37132. Please sign your nomination and make the information as complete as possible. Include additional sheets if necessary. Nominations can only be submitted by former Middle Tennessee student-athletes. NOMINATION FORM WHO IS ELIGIBLE? To be eligible for the Blue Raider Sports Hall of Fame, athletes must be 10 years removed from their playing days at Middle Tennessee. The full list of previously nominated student-athletes is below.  CURRENT NOMINEES The following Blue Raiders are already on the ballot and do not need to be re-nominated to be considered for selection in the 2024 Blue Raider Sports Hall of Fame induction class:
