- Appeared in 13 contests and made one start in the circle
- Finished the season with a 6.05 ERA and a 2-1 record over 19.2 innings of work
- Pitched a season-high 3.2 innings, allowing just one hit and tying a season-high two strikeouts in the series opener at Marshall (March 25)
2021 (Junior)
- Is No. 2 all-time for career saves with five after closing out two games in 2021
- Made five starts and tied for the second-most appearances with 22 in her third spring in Murfreesboro while posting a 6-1 record and 33 strikeouts
- Boasted a team-best ERA of 2.05 in 71.2 innings pitched, coming mostly out of the bullpen in the closer role
- Pitched scoreless outings in relief 10 times
- Pitched 4.1 scoreless innings in relief and got the win on February 26 vs. SIU Edwardsville, her second appearance of the season
- Started on March 7 vs. North Dakota, allowing just two hits in her fourth career shutout and her second win of the season
- Finished the month of March with shutout relief performances against North Dakota State (March 12) and Georgia Tech (March 26)
- Earned the win in her March 12 relief appearance vs. North Dakota State
- Won over Marshall on April 10, starting the game and throwing 5.2 innings, tying her season-high for strikeouts in a game with four in the process
- Collected her first save of the season on April 11 vs. Marshall with 2.0 scoreless innings in the circle
- Notched save No. 2 on the year on April 16 vs. Western Kentucky with 1.0 inning in relief during the 1-0 victory
- Won her fifth game of the season with 3.1 innings against Florida Atlantic (April 25), giving up just one unearned run
- Earned victory No. 6 at Austin Peay (April 28) with 3.1 scoreless innings out of the bullpen
- Wrapped up her third season in a Blue Raider uniform on May 8 vs. FIU with 5.2 scoreless innings

- Appeared in 12 games, including seven games started
- Was second on the team and 10th in Conference USA in wins with a record of 4-2
- Had the third best ERA (3.44) and third most innings pitched (38.1) of any Blue Raider
- Her save registered against Tennessee State (March 11, game one) gave her three career saves, placing her tied for fifth most in program history
- In her game-saving appearance against Tennessee State, Ahlstrom tossed two perfect innings, her best relief appearance of the season
- The left-hander went 5.0 innings in three consecutive starts (Feb. 22-March 1), but her season high for innings pitched was 6.0 against Butler (Feb. 15) in Madeira Beach
- Wins in the 2020 season came against UC Riverside (Feb. 7), Northwestern State (Feb. 22), Houston Baptist (Feb. 28), and Sacred Heart (March 1)

- Pitched all seven innings in a shutout win over UT Martin (4/3)
- Collected eight strikeouts in seven innings against UTEP in the first round of the C-USA Tournament (5/8)
- Pitched seven innings and allowed one hit in the shutout of WKU in the second round of the C-USA Tournament (5/8)
