2004 XC: Had a strong season after transferring to Middle Tennessee from Lansing Community College ... Placed fifth at the SBC Championships with a time of 26:16.8, which was his highest finish of the season ... Placed 12th at the UTC Front Runner in the 5K, as well as 28th at the Belmont Opener ... Placed 14th at the Commodore Invitational in the 2-miles ... Also finished 20th at the Cardinal Classic ... Placed 17th at the WKU Older Timers Classic in the 5-mile.
Lansing Community College: Earned All-American honors in cross-country and track in 2003 and 2004 under coach Chuck Block at Lansing Community College in Lansing, Mich.
High School: Earned four letters in cross country and four letters in track at Holt High School in Holt, Mich.
