2014 (Freshman):Had a successful debut season with the Blue Raiders, while playing in 104 sets … Led the team in assists (505) and was second in assists per set (4.86) ... Fourth on the team with 138 digs … Second on the squad with five double-doubles ... Tallied a career-high 33 assists in a win over La Tech (10/5) … Notched a career-high 15 digs in a win over Belmont (9/13) on her way to 31 assists for a double-double …Reached the 20-assist plateau in 13 of the 24 contests she amassed double-digit assists … Best stretch came during a five-game streak where she had at least 20 assists.
Pearleand HS: Morton was a three-time all-district player, along with one honorable mention all-state selection, at Pearland High School in Texas, in addition to being a member of the track team. She played in junior nationals in 2011-12 with her club team, AVA.
Personal: Daughter of Mike and Elizabeth. Born on March, 25 1996. Has three siblings, Kelli, Michael and Katarina. Hobbies include fishing, hunting, wakeboarding, and volleyball. Majoring in Special Education.
