Track Squads Run at Indiana Relays

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The Middle Tennessee men's and women's track squads will both participate in the 28th Indiana Relays in Bloomington, Ind., beginning Friday afternoon and concluding Saturday afternoon at the Harry Gladstein Fieldhouse.
Sixteen women's and 10 men's teams will be participating in the meet, including the men's and women's teams from: Marquette, Western Carolina, Ball State, Western Kentucky, Eastern Illinois, Indiana State, Southeast Missouri, Murray State and Cincinnati. Women's only teams from Louisville, Vanderbilt, Central Florida, Tennessee, Southern Illinois and UAB will also be competing in the two-day event.
All-American Godfrey Herring should return to action after missing time this season with a hamstring injury, as well as distance runner Geoffrey Lagat.
Middle Tennessee will host four teams next week at the Murphy Center before playing host to the Sun Belt Championships on February 23-24.
