Austin Peay comes to town for non-conference doubleheader

This week's action
Middle Tennessee hosts in-state opponent Austin Peay this Wednesday, March 27 for a doubleheader at the Blue Raider Softball Field. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. MT will road trip to Monroe, La., this weekend for a three-game series with the Warhawks.
Last time out
The Blue Raiders were swept in their three-game conference series with Florida Atlantic last week. They fell, 13-2 (5) and 5-3, in a doubleheader on March 19, and dropped the finale, 5-3 on Thursday, March 20.
Series' history
Middle Tennessee holds a 29-16 lead in the series' history, but the two squads haven't faced off since 2009, when MT took two of three that season, including splitting a doubleheader in Clarksville, Tenn.
