Blue Raiders seek second win vs FAU
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee men's basketball looks to rebound from Thursday's road loss as the team heads to Boca Raton to take on the Owls of Florida Atlantic on Saturday night at 6 p.m. CT for the Blue Raiders regular season finale.
MT is currently 15-15 overall and 8-9 in league play, while the Owls are last in the league with a 9-19 overall record and 2-15 C-USA record. FAU will not make the C-USA Championship but the team just came off a win over UAB on Thursday for its second league win.
MT has won six-straight against the Owls, with three consecutive wins at FAU Arena. The Blue Raiders hold a 13-4 all-time record against FAU.
The C-USA Championship that starts Wednesday, Mar. 11 in Birmingham, Ala. with the Blue Raiders set to play in a first round match-up. MT can finish as high as a No. 6 seed but as low as a No. 11 seed depending on Saturday's C-USA results.
