MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – In their final home game of the season the Blue Raiders faced off in a hard-fought battle against the Mean Green of North Texas, falling 2-1. The game got off to a face paced start with both teams scoring within the first 15 minutes. Peyton DePriest netted the Blue Raiders goal while Aaliyah Nolan scored for the Mean Green. The rest of regulation was intense, with both teams fighting hard to gain control of the game to break the 1-1 draw that would remain until 90 minutes came to an end. North Texas would go on to win the game after Nolan would score her second goal of the game in the final overtime period.

2' – SAVE (MT) – North Texas look destined to take an early lead; however, Celeste Barnard came up big with a save.
7' – GOAL (MT) – Peyton DePriest comes up huge for the Blue Raiders, slotting the ball into the net after a bad clearance from a North Texas defender.
11'- GOAL (UNT) – Aaliyah Nolan put the Mean Green back in the game quickly after scoring a breakaway goal.
20' – CHANCE (MT) – The Blue Raiders looked to take the lead again after Sydney Navarro fired off a one-time shot that would be saved by the North Texas keeper.
31' – CHANCE (MT) – Hannah Tillett blasted a shot from just outside the box that found the crossbar instead of the back of net.
41' – CHANCE (MT) – Tillett again almost finds the back of the net but was stopped by the Mean Green keeper Kelsey Brann.
45' – CHANCE (UNT) – The Mean Green tried their best to take the lead late in the half off of two quick corners but were unable to convert.
46' – CHANCE (MT) – Middle Tennessee tried to get off to a quick start in the second half off the foot Tillett, however the shot skimmed the top of the crossbar.
59'- CHANCE (MT) – The Blue Raiders looked to have broken the tie but the goal was waived off for offsides.
99' – CHANCE (UNT) – The Mean Green seemed to have sealed the game, however their shot slammed off the crossbar.
101' – GOAL (UNT) – Aaliyah Nolan puts an end to the game off a hard shot found the lower right side of the goal.
