COACHES COMMENTS
"We performed well this weekend, in our first tournament, among a field of top teams in the region," said Head Coach Tayo Bailey-Duvall. "Our freshman embraced their first experience competing in college tennis, and were able to earn some quality wins while combating their understandable nerves. Our upperclassmen performed well as they looked to pick up from where they left off last year, getting quality wins over Louisville and Marquette. We head back to the practice courts for the next two weeks as we prepare and continue to improve for the ITA regionals tournament."
LOOKING AHEAD
Blue Raiders have the 15K ITF on October 7-12th in State College, PA. and will host the ITA Regional Championships at the Adams Tennis Complex in Murfreesboro, TN.
