» After MT failed to score with two runners in scoring position in the first, the Titans got on the board first with a three-run home run.
» The Blue Raiders answered in the third inning by scoring three runs, with two coming courtesy of a Jocelynn De La Cruz home run.
» Cal State Fullerton added a solo homer, but MT answered to tie the game at five with a triple by Kelci Hill.
» Back-to-back home runs opened the scoring in a bottom of the fourth in which the Titans saw seven runs come across.
» Fullerton scored the final run to invoke the eight-run rule in the bottom of the sixth.
» MT's Kelci Hill was nearly perfect at the plate in her first collegiate game, going 2-3 with a triple and two RBIs.
