Track & Field Announces 2021 Indoor and Outdoor Schedule

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee track & field team has released its 2021 indoor and outdoor slate, as announced by head coach Dean Hayes.
Indoor Schedule
The team will kick off the indoor season at the UAB Invitational in Birmingham, AL, on Jan. 15-16 before heading back to Birmingham the next weekend to compete in the Samford Invitational on Jan. 22-23. The Blue Raiders will then return to Birmingham on Jan. 31 to compete in the KMS Invitational.
In the final weekend before the C-USA Championships, the Blue Raiders will compete at the Music City Challenge in Nashville on Feb. 12-13.
UAB is set to play host to the 2021 C-USA Indoor Championships Feb. 20-21 in Birmingham, AL. Team members who qualify will then travel to Fayetteville, AR, for the NCAA Championships, held March 12-13.
Outdoor Schedule
The Blue Raiders will start their outdoor slate in Auburn, AL, as they compete in the Auburn Relays on Mar. 19-20. The team will take a two-week break before heading to Knoxville to compete in the Tennessee Relays on Apr. 9-10.
The squad will wrap up the outdoor slate at the Auburn Invitational on Apr. 16-17 and the Penn Relays on Apr. 22-24 before heading to the C-USA Championships.
The Blue Raiders are set to play host to the 2021 C-USA Outdoor Championships at Dean A. Hayes Track and Soccer Stadium on May 13-16. Team members who qualify will then travel to Jacksonville, FL for the NCAA Regionals, held May 27-29. If they are eligible, team members will then move on to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, OR on June 9-12.
