QUOTING CROSS COUNTRY HEAD COACH KEITH VROMAN
"I really liked what I saw from the women, we ran well as a team. In spots one through five the gap was extremely small so it was truly a great effort overall. I thought we looked good against the Conference USA teams and I'm excited to see them in Charlotte. For the men the top half of our lineup performed well and again its about the rest of our lineup coming together as a whole. I thought again, we performed well against C-USA and it was good to see them against high-level competition."
