Raiders to Conclude Regular Season Down in Birmingham

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee women's tennis team is set to conclude the regular season on Friday as they travel to Birmingham to take on Samford and UAB. First serve against the Bulldogs is set for 9 a.m. while the match against the Blazers is set for 3 p.m.

About the Blue Raiders
- Middle Tennessee is coming off a 2-0 week after defeating Alabama A&M and Western Kentucky last weekend. Their 7-0 win over the Hilltoppers was the first sweep for the Blue Raiders this season.
- Graduate student Lidia Burrows has 91 singles wins which is currently tied for the most in program history
- Love-Star Alexis now has 11 doubles wins this season to lead the team. Six have come with Zani Barnard, two with Muskan Gupta, one with Lilly-Sophie Schmidt, and one most recently with Noelle Mauro

- The Blue Raiders hold a 7-4 advantage in the series and have won three straight against the Bulldogs

- Annalisa Smith leads the team with 13 wins this spring, with 10 of them coming at No. 6
- The No. 1 doubles team of Dominika Hrabalova and Adela Wasserbauerova have paired up for seven wins this spring to lead the team
