Volleyball Traveling for Two Matches at UNF Sunshine Tournament

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Blue Raiders will be on the road for two matches Friday, September 17 in Jacksonville, FL at the UNF Sunshine Tournament hosted by North Florida. The first of two matches will be played at 10 a.m. CT against North Florida and will be on ESPN+. Match two will be at 3:30 p.m. CT against Seton Hall.
Match One: Middle Tennessee (1-2, 0-0) at North Florida (8-1, 0-0)
Match Two: Middle Tennessee (1-2, 0-0) vs. Seton Hall (7-3, 0-0)

About the Blue Raiders
- The Blue Raiders have not played a match since the Gamecock Classic on August 28-29.

- Sophomore MB Maddie Boyd leads the starters with an impressive attack percentage of .347, while graduate student OH Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana leads with a total of 89 kills through nine matches.
Tale of the Tape: Seton Hall
- Middle Tennessee has played the pirates twice in 2014 and 2016, dropping both matches.
- Seton Hall started the season 0-3 and currently are on a seven-win streak since the rough start.
- The Pirates have two starters hitting above .300 in graduate student MB Amanda Rachwal at .362 and sophomore S Taylor Jakubowski with a smaller sample size at .349
