The Blue Raiders wrapped up their first two rounds Sunday, posting scores of 292-293 to head into the final round in fifth on the 10-team leaderboard, just one stroke behind SDSU in fourth.
Jegers closed the day with scores of 71 (-1) in round one and 70 (-2) in round two. The Estonia native led the team in birdies and eagles with eight and one respectively. Jegers' consistent first two rounds of the season have him sitting in a two-way tie for fifth and only three shots behind first.

QUOTING COACH MCENTIRE
"Saw some good things today and saw some things that need to improve," head coach Mark McEntire. "We did not capitalize on the scoreable holes and made some big numbers. The plan tomorrow is to minimize the big numbers and move up the board. Great play from Kevin today and I'm looking for everyone to improve tomorrow."
