Blue Raiders conclude fall action

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Middle Tennessee carded a final round of 6-under-par 282 to finish tied for 11th at the Everett Buick GMC Classic at Chanel Country Club on Tuesday afternoon. Redshirt sophomore Connor Henry led the Blue Raiders in the individual standings with a 6-under-par 210 finish.
Host institution Little Rock earned the team title with a three-round total of 34-under-par xxx, while UAB finished second at 13-under-par xx and Lipscomb finished third at 12-under-par xxx. The Blue Raiders posted a three-round team score of 1-over-par xxx to finish 11th.
Lipscomb's Minas Manias claimed individual medalist honors with 54-hole totals of 14-under-par 202, while Little Rock's Ed Featherstone finished second at 13-under-par 213 and North Texas' Blake Keen finished third at 12-under-par 204. Henry led the Blue Raiders in the individual standings with a 6-under-par 210 finish.
The Blue Raiders will open Spring action when they compete in the Thomas Sharkey Individual Collegiate hosted by Georgia Southern on Jan. 21 - Feb. 1 (Saturday-Sunday) in Statesboro, Georgia.
The Lineup
• Henry led the Blue Raiders with a 6-under-par 207 (69-70-71) to finish inside the top 10.
• Sophomore Oliver Baker fired a final round of 2-under-par 70 to finish tied for 25th (72-72-70).
• Redshirt senior Carter Maneth tied for 48th at 4-over-par 220 after rounds of 75-74-71.
• Freshman Maddox Crowder tied for 52nd at 5-over-par 221 (74-77-70).
• Freshman Cooper Solberg rounded out the lineup in 85th. He posted rounds of 81-82-74.
Individual Tournament
• Redshirt junior Jake Hooper and freshman Will Pinson both finished tied for 60th at the Bash in the Boro. The each posted rounds of 74-76-76.

"Really proud of the way our guys finished today," said Head Coach Mark McEntire. "Connor earning his first top-10 is a great accomplishment and a reflection of the work he's been putting in. We know there's still plenty to build on, and we're looking forward to getting back to work this offseason to take another step forward."
