HC Keith Vroman Has Announced the 2023 Track & Field Schedule

oMURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee's Track & Field Head Coach Keith Vroman has released their indoor and outdoor schedules for 2023. The full lineup includes a combined 11 meets prior to the Blue Raiders heading to the Conference USA Championships.
It is clear that Vroman wanted to take the competition level up a notch this season as he included seven Southeastern Conference meets on the schedule (including Texas). Stream information has not been released on any of the meets, but there will be guaranteed SEC Network and ESPN streams throughout the track and field season.
Middle Tennessee opens their indoor season at Vanderbilt's Commodore Challenge in Nashville, Tenn. on Friday, January 13. This will be followed by three more meets before heading to the indoor conference championships, two of which will be hosted by Vanderbilt and the other by South Alabama.
To close out the indoor season, the Blue Raiders will head to the C-USA Championships in Birmingham, Ala. on Saturday, February 18, and then send any eligible athletes to Boston University's Last Chance Meet on Sunday, February 26. The NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships will be held in Albuquerque, N.M. from Friday, March 10, to Saturday, March 11.
The outdoor season will kick off for MTSU by returning to Auburn's Tiger Track Classic on Friday, March 17. The Blue Raiders will then make their way through a gauntlet of relays with the Raleigh Relays, Texas Relays, Tennessee Relays, Mt. Sac Relays, and the Penn Relays. The Blue Raiders will head to the Crimson Tide Invitational during the relay gauntlet on Saturday, April 22.
Middle Tennessee will then head to Denton, Texas for the C-USA Outdoor Championships on Thursday, May 11. After the outdoor championships they will turn their attention to the NCAA East Prelims, hosted by North Florida, on Wednesday, May 24. The Blue Raiders will then revisit the Longhorns in Austin, Texas as they host this year's NCAA Outdoor Championships from Wednesday, June 7, to Saturday, June 10.
