MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee women's tennis (9-13, 1-5) will host UAB (10-10, 2-2) for the last regular season match of the season and our Senior Day for Lee Barnard and Zani Barnard on Saturday, April 15 at 11:00 a.m. CT outside the Adams Tennis Complex.
Seniors Lee and Zani are Fifth-Year Seniors from Midstream, South Africa who have been instrumental to the growth a development of the MT Women's Tennis program during their years in Murfreesboro. Senior Day festivities will begin at 10:50 a.m. CT on the outside courts at the ATC tomorrow. MT Promotions will include Nothing Bundt Cakes and Franklin's Fruit Tea giveaways and a celebration of 50 years of Title XI.
Lee Barnard has accumulated 111 wins as a Blue Raider, going 60-56 in singles and 51-57 in doubles competition. She has led the team in wins in the fall season in three of her five years with MT. For the past two season, Lee has been the featured Raider primarily playing on the top court.

In their junior season, they reached the Round of 16 together in the ITA Ohio Valley Regional and have defeated several opponents in the Conference USA Tournament. Their dedication and commitment to Middle Tennessee State University will leave a lasting impact on current and future Blue Raiders.
Middle Tennessee will conclude the regular season with a home matchup against the UAB Blazers, their first home match since the team took down Ball State at 4-3 on February 20. In less than one week, the Blue Raiders will host the 2022 C-USA Women's Tennis Championship at the Adams Tennis Complex on April 21-24.
