Two Blue Raiders to face off in Super Bowl LVII
With yesterday's wins by the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs, MTSU will have a super bowl champion at the end of Super Bowl LVII on February 12, as both the Eagles' Reed Blankenship and the Chiefs' Darius Harris moved on in the NFL playoffs after conference championship weekend.

Harris picked up two tackles in the Chiefs' win over the Bengals, while Blankenship had six tackles against the 49ers, forcing a fumble from Deebo Samuel in the closing minutes to further ice the game for the Eagles.

MTSU will be guaranteed to have a Super Bowl Champion among their alumni for the second straight season, after Chandler Brewer won a ring as part of the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI.
Join MTSU Football for their Signing Day Celebration on Wednesday
The Blue Raider Athletic Association, in conjunction with the Middle Tennessee football program, will host the 15th Signing Day Celebration on Feb. 1 in the Kennon Sports Hall of Fame building. The event, which is open to the public, begins at 5:30 PM and will include complimentary food and drinks!
Voice of the Blue Raiders Chip Walters will introduce Head Coach Rick Stockstill at 5:30 PM for remarks on the season, the newest Blue Raiders and a look ahead to 2023. The event will then be turned over to coordinators Mitch Stewart and Scott Shafer. Stewart will talk about the new offensive players while Shafer will address the defensive side of the ball.
The entire staff and support group will be on hand for fans to mingle with and get all the inside scoop on the 2023 class.

MTSU nearly doubled their votes from the previous week (64), earning 119 total votes while making 25 of 28 AP Ballots. Stefan Krajisnik of the Clarion Ledger gets my voter of the week award for ranking the Lady Raiders No. 14 on his ballot, the highest of any voter!
Men's Basketball back in the Glass House
The Blue Raiders return home to the Murphy Center this week, including an ESPNU tipoff of Thursday featuring one of the best promotions of the year: FSL Night and Mardi Gras!
Come out and support the men's basketball team against UTEP on Thursday, where an 8 p.m. start time will be sure to make the Blue Zoo rowdy! The first 100 FSL Students will receive free McDonald's starting at 6:30 p.m. in Aux Gym 1, while the first 100 students will receive Mardi Gras cupcakes!
Make sure to also come out on Saturday for a 5 p.m. bout with UTSA on Legends Night.

Women's Tennis picks up wins at the ATC
It was a great weekend at the Adams Tennis Complex for MTSU Women's Tennis, as the Blue Raiders grabbed back-to-back victories on Saturday (Georgia State) and Sunday (Bellarmine) to stay undefeated at home this spring.

Men's Tennis back in action at home this weekend
Just missing out on a berth to the Final 16 of the ITA Indoor Championships this past weekend after a defeating No. 19 Duke and falling to No. 10 Wake Forest, Middle Tennessee Men's Tennis returns to the friendly confines of the Adams Tennis Center for three action-packed matches this weekend.
The Men will take on USF this Friday at 5 p.m., before headlining their own double header with Princeton and Alabama A&M on Sunday starting at Noon.
Admittance to all MTSU Tennis matches is always free!
