Eisert, Rhoda tabbed Conference USA Players of the Week

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Senior Taylor Eisert was named Conference USA Setter of the Week and sophomore Adri Rhoda was named Offensive Player of the Week announced by the league office on Monday.
Eisert recorded 73 assists over the weekend earning 10.73 per set. The Louisville, Ky. native added three service aces, four blocks and eight digs in the two matches against Liberty. She leads CUSA in assists per set averaging 10.96 per set. Eisert has a total of 2,956 career assists. The Louisville, Ky. native is first in program history in career assists in the 25-point era. This is Eisert's third Setter of the Week award this season.
Rhoda had an outstanding weekend on the offensive side of the ball. The Hutchinson, Minn. Native earned 36.5 points in the two matches against the Flames. She recorded 32 kills earning 4.57 per set on a .387 hitting percentage. Rhoda tallied eight blocks as well. In Saturday's match alone, Rhoda had a .432 hitting percentage and averaged 5.25 kills per set. She set a new career-high in kills in the second matchup against Liberty finishing the match with 21 kills.
